Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the crew on troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Ensure quality control for equipment leaving the workshop
• Inspect workshop tools for safety compliance
• Conduct daily inspections and promote safety culture
• Lead training and mentoring of team members
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician certification
• 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Skilled in mobile mining equipment maintenance
• Strong commitment to promoting workplace safety
