GFL Industrial Services is looking for Local Field Labourers in Kitimat, BC, to join a highly skilled team. The role focuses on physical support tasks and teamwork across various projects.
In this position, candidates will assist Operators in safely operating equipment and managing hoses. Field Labourers need to be adaptable and ready for challenges while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities include job site preparation, equipment management, and general labor tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with safe operation of equipment
• Manage hoses attached to vacuum units
• Participate in job site preparation and rigging
• Spot safe equipment positioning
• Execute general labor tasks and cleaning
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Willingness to travel for job needs
• Experience in varied environments preferred
• Background in industrial work is an asset
• Must handle confined spaces and lifting
