As the Accommodation Services Manager, you will oversee daily operations in a dynamic hotel environment. With 2-3 years of experience necessary, your role includes staff supervision, policy implementation, and budget management. You will also be responsible for negotiating with suppliers and clients, conducting training, and maintaining high standards in service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop policies for daily accommodation operations
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff effectively
• Prepare budgets and track revenues and expenses
• Address customer complaints swiftly and effectively
• Arrange maintenance activities and manage events
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in hotel management
• College education or equivalent experience
