Position: Shepherd General Manager Role
Take charge as General Manager at Shepherd Terrace in Toronto, ensuring operational excellence and superior resident care in a vibrant community. Influence the lives of seniors through quality services.

In this pivotal role, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that high standards of care are met and that the residence complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You will develop strategic plans, implement budgets, and work closely with the Marketing team to drive occupancy. Leadership will include supervising care staff and enhancing resident services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operations and manage staff at the retirement residence

• Develop strategic and operational plans for efficiency

• Liaise with marketing to enhance service delivery and occupancy

• Ensure compliance with legal and policy standards

• Support high-quality resident dining and lifestyle services

Requirements:

• At least five years of senior management experience

• Relevant post-secondary education

• In-depth knowledge of retirement regulations

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Eligibility to work in Canada
