Site Supervisor

Position: Site Supervisor for Dyno Nobel
Lead operations and ensure safety as a Site Supervisor at Dyno Nobel's Terrace distribution site. This fly-in and fly-out position emphasizes Zero Harm safety program and asset management.

As a Site Supervisor reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll oversee the distribution site while managing inventories, equipment, and maintenance. Your expertise will support both the safety protocols and the financial objectives of Dyno Nobel. With a strong focus on building customer relationships and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, you'll be pivotal in driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise asset management at the distribution site

• Develop relationships with internal and external customers

• Implement continuous improvement programs

• Lead safety meetings and track reporting

• Drive vehicles for timely delivery of explosives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role

• Experience in mining and explosives sectors

• Valid driver's license

• Knowledge of relevant regulations

• High school education with strong skills
