Project Director Hydropower Infrastructure

As the Project Director for Hydropower and Dams with WSP, you'll oversee significant infrastructure initiatives across Western Canada. Your leadership will guide project execution, mentor Project Managers, and ensure coordination among multidisciplinary teams. This role requires strong business development experience and collaboration to support strategic growth in the hydropower sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct major hydropower and dam infrastructure projects

• Provide leadership for successful project governance

• Mentor and guide Project Managers effectively

• Establish project vision and execution strategies

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to build relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 20+ years in hydropower or dam project management

• Proven business development success in Canada

• Registered or eligible for P.Eng. in Western Canada

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
