You will reach out to clients to evaluate their needs, consult on optimizing their current packages, and track your sales performance through CRM systems. Achieving monthly sales goals will lead to commission opportunities, showcasing your success in customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call clients to discuss service needs
• Optimize current service packages through consultations
• Utilize CRM systems for tracking sales progress
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
• Meet and exceed monthly commission goals
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Familiarity with sales methodologies is beneficial
• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST
• Must live in specified provinces in Canada
