In this essential role, you will report to the Environmental Manager, overseeing Environmental Monitors and Technicians while managing and supporting field programs. Your responsibilities will include surface and groundwater monitoring, vegetation analysis, and compliance checks. This position requires collaboration with Indigenous partners and contractors while ensuring environmental stewardship and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surface and groundwater monitoring and sampling

• Perform meteorological and climate monitoring

• Execute wildlife and vegetation assessments

• Collect and analyze environmental monitoring data

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Science or related field

• Minimum 5 years of related field experience

• Proven expertise in environmental monitoring programs

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements
