Procon Mining and Tunnelling is seeking experienced Long Hole Drillers for their Northern BC project. These positions offer a rotational schedule and the opportunity to work on challenging underground mining projects. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and have significant underground drilling experience. • Competitive annual salary ranging from $128,000 to $150,000

• Minimum five (5) years working full-time in an underground mining environment
• Minimum two (2) years experience long hole drilling
• Competency with Sandvik Data solo drills; preference for ITH Aries drills
• Ability to read and interpret mine engineering drawings and drill prints
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Willingness to work a 21 days on / 21 days off rotational schedule
• Pre-employment alcohol, drug, and medical testing
• Criminal record check

• Previous experience with in-the-hole (ITH) Aries drills
• Preference given to candidates identifying as Indigenous and those residing in Northern British Columbia
