Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostics and repairs on the equipment fleet
- Train and mentor apprentices to build their skills
- Follow all safety programs and established policies
- Cultivate solid relationships with customers and their equipment
- Provide valuable feedback to supervisors on customer trends
- Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician certification required
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Robust organization and detail orientation
- Comfortable in wide-ranging weather and working conditions
- Able to lift heavy equipment parts and work overtime
