Job Summary:

Majestic Care of Deming Park is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare to those we serve. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing general office support and direct communication within our community. • Receive and route a high volume of calls through the switchboard and supply information to callers and relay messages
• Maintain the office supply inventory at an appropriate level and order additional supplies as needed
• Assist with faxing and copying as needed
• Sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
• Special projects and overflow work as needed
• Assist with travel arrangements and hotel accommodations as requested
• Request postage as needed and maintain the postage machine
• Meet and address visitors, ascertain the nature of business, and direct accordingly

• High school diploma or equivalent required
