We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Experienced Parts Advisor to join our growing parts department. • Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries and orders.
• Identify and source the correct parts using OEM catalogs and parts look-up systems.
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, stocking, and documentation.
• Provide accurate price quotes and product information.
• Support the service department by ensuring timely delivery of parts to technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts area and a professional work environment.
• Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Meet department goals for accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• 1–2 years of automotive parts experience required (dealership experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and cataloging.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with DMS/parts systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealer track, etc. preferred).
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work some Saturdays.

• Sign-On Bonus for applicants with a minimum of two years experience. Must meet other specific requirements.
