You’ll need experience leading scopes or site logistics on ground‑up data center projects that are 100K sq ft and above. You’ll be responsible for managing the construction and administrative activities associated with field operations from day one, bringing the project to completion on schedule, within budget, and per project specifications.

• Attend the post‑award review meeting to receive project information and pre‑planning details.
• Prepare a schedule and sequence of construction activities, organization structure, labor selection, and equipment requirements.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications, time schedule, and profit targets.
• Assist the project manager/engineer with material shipments, approvals of shop drawings, and material samples.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors of construction schedule changes.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports to reflect actual costs.
• Review and approve requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and other significant documents.
• Maintain open communication with owners, architects, and representatives regarding progress.
• Hold job site meetings with the project manager and regional manager.
• Report regularly on job progress, plans, and issues that could affect costs or schedules.
• Maintain a daily diary of significant project facts and events.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s safety program in all phases.
• Make decisions under tight deadlines.
• Organize people, tools, and equipment to accomplish desired results.
• Demonstrate leadership, face challenges, direct others, and address conflict effectively.
• Evaluate project‑related processes and use customer input to improve quality.
• Act with integrity to support company values and customer expectations.

• 1–5 years of construction experience as a superintendent on data center projects of at least 100K sq ft.
• Willingness to work at a site in Sullivan, Indiana, with travel stipends every other weekend.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Current, valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands: standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
