About youARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Mission Critical team on-site in Sullivan, IN to connect office project management and field superintendent teams while driving effective onsite execution. The ideal candidate can lead subcontractor coordination, monitor schedules, resolve field issues, and communicate clearly with trade partners, owners, architects, and internal teams. You bring a disciplined approach to documentation, QA/QC, inspections, cost reporting, and safety, along with the judgment to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.

Typical base compensation for the On-Site Project Manager role is between $84,000.00 and $. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.

A day in the life- Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues.
- Monitor project schedule and report progress between office project management team and field superintendent team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of field activities.
- Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners.
- Identify and investigate opportunities to procure material and/or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to project budget or schedule.
- Work with Project Superintendent to develop and review subcontractor scopes of work/contracts, project schedule, and site logistics plan.
- Lead preconstruction planning meetings with subcontractors and vendors aimed at solving potential constructability, sequencing, and/or manpower issues.
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans for assigned projects.
- Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with specifications and codes.
- Manage documentation of inspections, testing, and corrective actions.
- Identify and resolve quality issues proactively.
- Participate with the office project managers in preparing a schedule of construction activities and their sequence, the organization structure, staff selection, and the manpower and construction equipment requirements of the project and coordinate onsite with the field superintendents for implementation.
