About the Job
Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for part‑time or full‑time positions. The role offers flexible schedules so you can work around school, friends, or additional jobs.
GeneralJob Duties
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Provide clear written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Use a computer keyboard or touch‑screen to enter orders.
- Varying weather conditions for outside tasks.
- Store temperatures range from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F or higher in some areas.
- Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
- Hot surfaces and sharp edges present.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
