Job Summary /Basic Function
Teach children in summer camps theater and/or music instruction in line with the camp themes.
Specific Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Instruction:
Teach music or improv to campers of varying ages (K-6th grades) and skill levels.
* Program Development:
Plan and lead daily, engaging sessions, including but not limited. to songwriting or play writing, and performances.
* Supervision:
Mentor campers, ensure safety, and maintain a nurturing, positive environment.
* Collaboration:
Work with other camp staff to integrate music/ improv into broader camp activities.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday during the summer.
Hours will vary during the week but will not exceed 28 hours.

Protecting Children:
Identifying and Reporting Sexual Misconduct, and Protecting Children:
Shine A Light and deliver copy of certificates of completion to CSA office (link provided by CSA).

Instructors develop curriculums, conduct rehearsals, assist in musical/theatrical performances, and assess the progress of students.
