As a Science Instructor, you will meet students where they are academically, personally, and professionally—guiding them toward success through innovative and student‑centered learning.

The Science Instructor facilitates engaging learning experiences while supporting the academic and personal success of adult learners. In this role, you will:

• Deliver science instruction aligned with Indiana State Standards.
• Implement a student‑centered learning environment that meets students where they are academically.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods including:
  • Direct instruction
  • One‑on‑one support
  • Seminars and small group learning
  • Self‑paced instruction
  • Online learning platforms
• Apply high‑impact instructional practices and motivational techniques to inspire student engagement.
• Develop and continuously improve science curriculum to support student success.
• Collaborate with the instructional team to support student progress and program goals.
• Foster a classroom culture built on grit, creativity, innovation, and encouragement.
• Support students as they build confidence and achieve their educational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Science or related field preferred)
• Indiana Teaching License or ability to obtain licensure
