Base salary range $90,000-$100,000, plus bonus and benefits.
Position OverviewThe Revolution is seeking an experienced Regional Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Professional to support multiple manufacturing facilities. This individual contributor role serves as a technical and strategic HSE advisor to plant leadership, driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the region.
The role is preferably based in Terre Haute, IN, though qualified candidates near Flint, MI;
Oakdale, MN; or Hudson, WI will be considered.
- Serve as a regional EHS subject matter expert, providing guidance on OSHA, environmental, and regulatory compliance across assigned sites.
- Partner with plant leadership to enhance and align site-based EHS programs with corporate standards.
- Conduct site assessments, audits, and inspections; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze incidents, near misses, and trends; support root cause analysis and corrective action development.
- Support and coordinate EHS training to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Monitor regulatory changes and translate requirements into practical guidance for site teams.
- Influence and support a culture of continuous improvement and proactive safety engagement.
- Travel approximately 20-30% to support assigned locations.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental safety, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments; multi-site experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and safety management systems.
- Proven ability to influence and advise without direct operational authority.
- Experience with audits, inspections, corrective actions, and compliance initiatives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS tracking tools.
