We’re seeking a highly organized, client‑focused Pre‑Approval Specialist/Loan Officer Assistant whose primary responsibility is to take borrower applications and drive the pre‑approval process from start to finish. This role is the first point of contact for new clients and plays a
critical part in ensuring borrowers are accurately evaluated, properly documented, and confidently prepared to move forward in the mortgage process.
Your work will center on collecting applications, reviewing borrower qualifications, and issuing timely, accurate pre‑approvals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
