Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a supportive rehab team in Terre Haute, Indiana . This full-time, permanent role offers consistent day shifts and competitive pay while helping patients regain mobility and independence.

Responsibilities
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities
Implement treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists
Monitor, document, and report patient progress
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
Active Indiana PTA license (or ability to obtain)
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Prior rehab or clinical experience preferred
