Behavioral Health Technician

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Terre Haute, IN. As a Registered Behavioral Health Technician, you will work directly 1:1 with individuals diagnosed with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting their developmental progress. Daily responsibilities include assisting in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, monitoring behaviors, recording progress, and maintaining consistent communication with team members and caregivers. This role requires patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a positive environment for individuals with autism.

• Strong skills in Communication and Behavioral Intervention methods
• Basic knowledge or coursework in Psychology and related fields
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or in behavioral health settings is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to follow plans and take direction from supervisors effectively
