We are looking for a spatial problem solver who views maps as living, breathing databases rather than static graphics. As our GIS Analyst, you will become the operational backbone of geographic strategy across Central and Western Indiana.

You will spend your weeks engineering robust spatial databases, writing clean Python and SQL scripts to clean up messy manual workflows, and translating layered geodatabase records into predictive, highly accessible dashboards. Build modern mapping pipelines from the ground up and see your spatial insights drive critical business decisions every day.

Pipeline Ownership: Move beyond simple digitizing or basic parcel-editing queues; you will manage the integrity, structure, and future-readiness of our core spatial data environments.

Technical
