Description
POSITION SUMMARYThe Activations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Activations team to establish and maintain infrastructure services through fiber optics to residential and business customers. The role involves both office-based analysis and support to technicians in the field to ensure high-quality customer service and prompt resolution of customer issues.
REPORTS TO- Activations Manager
- May lead, train, or participate in work team assignments

- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor

- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Organized and able to provide and maintain detailed documentation
- Candidate must be willing to reside near or commute to a Joink office (Currently within Illinois: Taylorville, Hillsboro; Indiana: Terre Haute)
- Associates’ Degree in IT or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ experience in fiber activations/scheduling
- Must be able to work overtime with and without notice to include weekends.
- Office environment
- Must be willing/able to participate in on-call rotation as needed.
