Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) to work at our Terre Haute store. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and repair computers and devices while delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with other Geek Squad Agents.
Daily tasks include diagnostics, repairing devices, documenting customer requests, and maintaining knowledge through ongoing training. The role supports a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays at our local store.
