As a Systems Admin, you’ll work alongside a technical team supporting a variety of business environments. Solve complex infrastructure challenges, strengthening security, and proactively prevent problems before they disrupt the customer. • Tackle challenging systems, networking, cloud, security issues across diverse environments.
• Work with MS technologies, virtualization, cloud platforms, cybersecurity & modern infrastructure.
• Receive support for training and certifications.
• Beyond troubleshooting, plan/execute migrations, upgrades, backup strategies & improvements.
• Build strong customer relationships and translate technical solutions into business value.
• Mentor junior technicians while expanding your own technical and leadership capabilities.

You’ll administer/troubleshoot Windows Server & Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra , Intune, Exchange Online & Teams. You’ll configure and support networks, firewalls, VPNs, wireless systems, virtualization platforms, backups & disaster-recovery solutions.

You’ll also contribute to client migrations and upgrades, document systems and procedures, and help junior technicians develop their skills. The strongest performers will combine technical depth with ownership, clear communication, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to customer success.

• 3+ years of systems administration experience
• Strong Microsoft technology expertise, including Windows Server and Microsoft 365
• Hands-on networking and virtualization experience
• Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple technical issues in a fast-paced environment
• MSP experience strongly preferred
