Job SummaryCandidate is responsible for assisting the Facilities department in performing maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, and vehicle servicing.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Knowledgeable in procedures and required safety measures necessary to complete daily tasks.
- Have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the maintenance field.
- Perform assigned work according to tickets received and projects as outlined by management while striving to minimize guest, team member, and operational impact and adhering to policies and guidelines specific to work areas which may be regulated.
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete a large number of varied tasks in many different work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience- High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational skills desired.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and PCs are preferred.
Certificates & LicensesMust be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsWork environment can be loud. Candidate may be exposed to smoke in the smoking patio. Candidate must be organized and able to work in a fast‑paced and demanding environment.
Employee will be required to sit, stoop, bend, climb, reach, and stand for extended periods of time. Must have excellent dexterity of hands and fingers to complete daily tasks. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and more than 50 lbs with assistance. Must be able to talk and hear in order to ensure proper communication.
Requires strong vision skills, including close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
