Maintenance Planner

At CF Industries, a leader in nitrogen product manufacturing, we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planner to enhance our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing plant reliability and maintenance efficiency. You will be responsible for proactive maintenance planning and scheduling, integrating safety and sustainability into our daily operations. The role demands a high level of precision and commitment to ensuring all plant equipment functions optimally and adheres to our stringent safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of maintenance operations.
• Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs, adjusting workflows as required to meet objectives.
• Prepare work packages for every scheduled maintenance job, facilitating necessary tools, parts, and instructions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities that minimize production disruptions.
• Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards and regulations.
