• Execute precise welds across flat, vertical, and overhead positions to meet rigorous production standards.
• Configure and calibrate welding machinery, including adjusting gas flow, voltage, amperage, and wire feed speeds for optimal performance.
• Prepare metal components by grinding, filing, and removing burrs to ensure seamless assembly.
• Manage raw material loading and finished product handling to maintain a steady workflow.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Verify finished work against templates and blueprints to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support efficient manufacturing operations.

• Proven experience operating MIG, TIG, and Flux-Cored welding equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
• Ability to accurately utilize tape measures and precision measurement tools.
• Experience using various pneumatic power tools and shop equipment.
• Strong commitment to minimizing material waste and optimizing process efficiency.

• Experience with laser welding technology and advanced metal fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a high-volume environment.
• Background in vehicle or fleet-related metal repair and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality output.
