Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - Terre Haute

Onsite Neonatal Partners is excited to share an exceptional Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) opportunity at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana
. This position is responsible for attending high-risk deliveries and providing care to the infants in the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

The NNP will work closely with the in-house Neonatologist and interdisciplinary team, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and evidence-based practices. Onsite is seeking an NNP who thrives in a team-focused, multidisciplinary setting and is committed to delivering family-centered care.

• 15-bed Level III NICU
• Approximately 1,800 annual deliveries
• Neonatologist in-house 24/7
• Collaborative multidisciplinary care environment

• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Assess, diagnose, and manage neonatal patients in the NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists, nursing staff, respiratory therapists, and specialists
• Perform neonatal procedures consistent with NNP scope of practice
• Provide family education and support throughout the patient care journey
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based care initiatives

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification required
• Eligible for Indiana APRN licensure
• NRP certification required
• Previous Level III NICU experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative care skills
