Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - WOW

Overview

Weekends are a great time to Make a Difference with Signature HealthCARE! Must be able to work 12‑hour shifts both Saturday and Sunday and be available for one additional day during the week. Day and night shifts are available, with higher hourly rates for weekend work.

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current, active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
