Job Description:

Join a busy chemotherapy infusion unit as a certified infusion nurse in Terre Haute, IN. This 13-week day shift assignment offers the chance to work Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with Fridays typically wrapping up by noon. Your role will involve administering intravenous chemotherapy and other therapies, monitoring patients during treatment, and providing pre- and post-treatment care.

The facility values flexibility in hours based on patient schedules and prefers candidates with prior chemotherapy infusion experience. Chemotherapy-certified nurses will be especially appreciated, but any infusion experience can make a big difference. The environment demands attention to detail as you operate infusion equipment and manage patient reactions, often utilizing Cerner and Intellidose software systems. Expect a fast-paced setting focused on delivering safe, effective IV treatments to patients in need.
