Medical-Surgical Oncology RN

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Surgical Oncology for a full-time, direct-hire position in a Magnet-designated hospital.

• Responsibilities include:
  
  caring for post-operative surgical and oncology patients, assessing and planning individualized care, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients and families, and documenting care via EMR.
• Preferred experience:
  
  medical-surgical nursing, oncology, post-operative care, telemetry, and acute care hospital settings.
• Qualifications:
  
  active Indiana RN license or eligibility, ASN or BSN, BLS certification, and at least one year of acute care RN experience.

• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 36 hours/week, with rotating weekends and holidays.
• Compensation: $30.28-$45.42/hour with higher pay for BSN candidates, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
