Quality Assurance Leader – Circular Manufacturing & Process Quality

My client is seeking a Quality Assurance Leader to lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS) within a highly innovative circular manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary quality authority for the facility, supporting sustainable industrial manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and maintain ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management Systems
- Drive SPC, CAPA, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support laboratory testing, product quality verification, and supplier quality programs
- Partner cross-functionally to improve manufacturing quality and process reliability
- Support customer audits, qualification activities, and technical reviews
- 5+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing or continuous‑process industries
- Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Strong background in root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Experience with SPC, process capability analysis, and quality metrics
- Ability to lead cross‑functional quality initiatives within industrial operation
- $90K base salary + 15% annual bonus target
