Maker’s Pride seeks a QA and Food Safety Leader to oversee all quality programs at the Terre Haute plant, including HACCP, Food Safety Plans, and regulatory compliance. Lead internal audits, RCA/CAPA, and KPI-driven improvements; mentor QA teams and partner with production and leadership to elevate quality culture.
This role requires strong knowledge of FDA/USDA, GFSI schemes, and PCQI expertise; travel up to 10% and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
