Responsibilities

The casual dining attendant is responsible to ensure that all guests are provided a fast, friendly, quality dining experience. Duties include service of food and beverage items, collecting payment, and cleaning and restocking in the assigned venue. Each team member ensures the outlet is clean, organized and ready for the start of service. They will follow the instruction from Food and Beverage management to ensure the quality of food and excellence of service throughout their shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:

  • Greets guests on arrival and bid guests goodbye in a warm and inviting manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including cash and food handling requirements.
  • Present and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service area; ensure the dining room/venue floor is presentable at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
  • Work with communication devices and table management systems as required.
  • Interacts with guests to maintain great guest relations and foster loyalty opportunities.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with diverse people and levels of authority.
  • Ability to multi-task and complete all tasks with minimal supervision, showing a sense of urgency.
  • Communicate effectively with dignity, kindness, and respect to guests and team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Training, and Experience

Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable licensing.

:
The employee may be required to sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger, reach, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear. May be required to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently and more with assistance.
