Merchandiser​/Order Writer

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz' guidelines
• Ensure sales representatives' negotiated plans with store managers are followed
• Communicate issues with Mondelēz' management team
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid REAL r's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location:
  Terre Haute, IN
• Schedule availability required:
  Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Start time: 08:00 AM

Demonstrates strong merchandising capabilities by effectively managing product displays, optimizing shelf visibility, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with store employees and sales representatives.
