What You’ll Do
  • Get Licensed – Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (guidance and support provided).
  • Meet with Clients – Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options.
  • Present Tailored Solutions – Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing benefits and features of life insurance products.
  • Close Sales & Earn – Guide clients through the application process and celebrate wins.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships – Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Stay Informed – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Strong communication and persuasive sales skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed if you’re not already!
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in-person meetings)
  • High commission structure with monthly bonuses
