Security Officer - Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production and distribution areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access control points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and records in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken;
Report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, policy violations, and other security-related issues to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management
