National Apartment Maintenance Crew Technician

We are looking for EPA Certified Apartment Multifamily Maintenance Technicians who are ready to take the next step in their career. This position involves traveling with a small team throughout the United States to support apartment communities in several states. 75% out of state travel is expected. The role includes maintaining apartment units, grounds, and performing general maintenance duties.

Compensation is up to $25 per hour plus $50 per diem on travel days. The pay schedule is 2 weeks on and 1 week off. Additional benefits include Blue Cross health coverage starting at $45 per month, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, and paid travel.

Schedule

2 weeks on & 1 week off schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make ready / turn apartments between resident occupancy
  • Painting or staining interior and exterior applications
  • Maintain property grounds
  • Perform preventative maintenance
  • Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas

Requirements
  • Drywalling, painting, and carpentry experience
  • Electrical work including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
  • Troubleshooting appliance problems (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, garbage disposals)
  • HVAC and/or boiler system experience with EPA certification
  • Water heater maintenance (electric and gas)
  • Valid driver’s license required

A maintenance skills assessment will be administered during the interview process.

Pre‑employment screening includes a criminal background check and a drug screening (THC not checked).
