You were born to be the boss. Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to lead store operations, coordinate teams, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Oversee all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example for staff and enforce company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, appearance standards, marketing, and profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.

• Strong math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and accurate monetary change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to give correct written instructions.
• Speed and accuracy in order entry via computer or touch screen.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under stress.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

• Accurate numerical calculations and monetary handling.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.
• Motor coordination and eye–hand coordination for fast, precise movements.
• Computer keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency.

Exposure to variable temperatures, food odors, fumes, cornmeal dust, sharp edges, hot surfaces, moving mechanical parts, and adverse weather when delivering. Tasks include standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting, carrying, pushing, and operating equipment at heights up to 72 inches.

• Standing most of the shift, walking short distances, and performing tasks that involve stooping, squatting, and reaching.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying 30‑pound items, pushing and pulling trays.
• Climbing stairs or ladders on occasion.

• Deliver products by car, drop off flyers, and perform door‑to‑door service.
• Navigate delivery routes, adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, insured vehicle.
