Job Overview

Deliver paint and related products to local PSE customers and assist with various store tasks when not on deliveries.

PSE Group is a nationwide team of coatings specialists dedicated to providing exceptional products and value‑added services to our customer partners. We offer a wide range of coatings solutions to enhance productivity, improve quality, and reduce material cost. Our goal is to support the entire purchasing process from coatings to associated products to complete application systems.

• Operate vehicle in accordance with all state and federal laws while maintaining an acceptable personal driving record.
• Maintain the company vehicle; alert supervisor to repair and servicing needs.
• Know paperwork flow and provide delivery documents as required.
• Alert Sales Representatives to possible sales leads from customers.
• Clean and maintain all areas and equipment as assigned.
• Make product deliveries ensuring customers’ quality and service expectations are met.
• Load merchandise to ensure safety and security.
• Unload deliveries at the customer site as directed; validate correct shipment with the responsible individual.
• Return materials, color matches, and tools for repair from customers to store or warehouse.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner to meet customers’ expectations.

• Assist in filling orders, including proper staging per company/store policy.
• Pick up merchandise from local vendors as needed.
• Assist with inside customer service, including servicing customers and/or processing orders.
• Answer telephone professionally, answer questions knowledgeably, and/or take customer orders.
• Load/unload merchandise from trucks.
• Match packing slips with purchase orders.
• Properly dispose of waste cans and product in compliance with company and governmental regulations.
• Assist staff with periodic or annual store inventories.
• Perform any additional duties or special projects as assigned.

• Must be licensed to operate a vehicle in accordance with state, federal, and provincial law.
• Must have an acceptable driving record from DMV/MTO.
• Must be able to continuously lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must submit to a drug screen and meet acceptable Motor Vehicle Report requirements during the hiring process.
