As a Non CDL Delivery Driver, you'll start and end your day at the warehouse (WIN5) and spend your shift delivering packages throughout the Terre Haute community.

• Warehouse Operations:
  Report to the warehouse each morning at 10355 S Carlisle St for vehicle inspection and package loadout
• Load & Unload:
  Safely load and unload your delivery vehicle with pre-sorted packages at the warehouse
• Safe Driving:
  Operate company-branded delivery vehicles safely, following GPS‑coordinated delivery routes and all traffic laws
• Customer Service:
  Deliver packages to customers in a professional and courteous manner, representing Midwest Smart Logistics with excellence
• Vehicle Maintenance:
  Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle throughout your route
• Communication:
  Report any delivery issues or vehicle problems to warehouse management immediately

Requirements:
Delivery Driver
- Non CDL

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license (Non CDL driver's license is acceptable)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate a delivery van and navigate using GPS
• Physically able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs throughout the day
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Comfortable driving in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to the warehouse location
