365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our paid mentor program. You'll spend 4-6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning how the job works beyond CDL school. After training, you'll move into your own truck and can earn $1,600-$1,800 per week.
During training you'll ride with a mentor who will help you build skills in safe driving, trip planning, pickups, deliveries, and pre/post-trip inspections, with direct dispatch communication and a clear path to solo driving.
