The Experience You’ll Create:The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations.
Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM
- Accurately pick and pack orders using technology (e.g., iPad, Light Speed system).
- Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Load and unload trucks for routes and markets.
- Replenish stock and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Read schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to team leaders.
- Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
- Comfortable using technology (iPads, inventory systems).
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn electric pallet jack; forklift certification encouraged.
- Consistently accurate and efficient order processing.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to service excellence.

- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours (with or without reasonable accommodations).
