This role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business through collaboration with local sales representatives, and coordinating with ARTECHE factory teams.###

** Your main responsibilities:
*** Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company growth targets in the assigned territory.
* Manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate quotations and proposals.
* Identify new tenders, collaborating with internal teams (Quotations, Engineering, Logistics, etc.). ·
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies and increase market share.
* Analyze cost and pricing trends to enhance business profitability.
* Maintain strong customer relationships, with special focus in key accounts, adhering to ARTECHE's corporate values and compliance policies.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
* Recognize market needs for new products and contribute to new product development plans in collaboration with the R&D team.
* Evaluate and optimize the performance of local representatives and partners
* Identify and recruit new representatives and partners to expand market reach within key customer segments (Utilities, OEMs, EPCs, C&I, Distributors)
* Provide monthly sales performance reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager
* Conduct regular travel within the territory for sales presentations, conferences, and trade shows.
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, or related field; or 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
* Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the electrical industry within Canada.
* Experience with Instrument Transformers or related products is a strong asset.
* Goal-oriented with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English and Spanish (required); knowledge of French is preferred
* Ability to travel internationally (Mexico, US and Canada) 30%-50% of the time
