BasicJob Functions:
The Accounts Payable Administrator fulfills an integral transactional and reporting function in the Finance Department with a focus on customer service to both internal and external customers. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Match receivers, invoices, and purchase orders daily.
- After verifying the accuracy of the invoice, purchase order, and receiver, enter the invoices into the accounting software for payment.
- Perform the weekly payments, via Kyriba for checks and ACH.
- Work closely with the Purchasing Department to ensure accurate and timely flow of information.
- Reconcile AP subledgers to AP general ledger accounts daily.
- Verify that any invoices received during the month are entered before month end.
- Run subledger and general ledger reports and verify balances for month end.
- Perform other job-related duties as defined by finance leadership.
- Additionally, this role will assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
Candidates are required to work in-office for training and onboarding. This is a hybrid role which requires working on-site at the plant multiple days a week.

Minimum Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or one-year or more prior accounting experience or related relevant work.
- Experience with Microsoft D365
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation and must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
