** Cash Application Specialist
** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in medical payment posting required
- Prior accounts receivable experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally with internal and external contacts
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering)- Comfortable using accounting or financial software and navigating electronic payment systems
- Professional phone etiquetteWORKING CONDITIONS Work is performed at a computer, requiring frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry while sitting or standing at a desk.
