Creative Solutions in Healthcare - East is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team serving residents with person-centered care. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapies to relieve pain and restore function.
Active Texas physical therapy license in good standing is required. SNF/LTC experience preferred; knowledge of Net Health EDS is a plus. New grads welcome; flexible schedules and competitive compensation offered.
