*** Essential Functions
*** Serve as a trusted resource to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, attendance, and workplace concerns; support investigations and corrective actions as needed.
* Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and offboarding activities.
* Partner with leaders to improve engagement, retention, and team effectiveness, particularly within a production workforce.
* Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Workday preferred); audit records, run reports, and support leaders in effective use of HR tools.
* Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including employee questions, enrollments, and changes.
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify trends, address workforce challenges, and implement practical solutions that improve productivity and reduce turnover.
* Support policy interpretation and ensure consistent application of company practices in alignment with federal, state, and local laws.
* Participate in site initiatives, communications, and change efforts that support operational and cultural priorities.
* Provide responsive, hands-on HR support on the production floor, building strong relationships with a diverse workforce.

*** Must be reliable, self-motivated, and demonstrate sound judgment with a positive attitude.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
* Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
** Education and Experience
*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Minimum of 2–4 years of Human Resources experience required.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Bilingual in Spanish is required.
* SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
