Focus is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide strategic and day-to-day HR support aligned with company goals. This role partners with leaders and employees across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of HR experience, be bilingual in Spanish, and possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday is preferred.
